By accessing the mm52 platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions ("Document") and agree to be bound by them.

4.1 Payment Methods

Currently supported payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and Bank Transfer. Deposits must be made from the player's own account; third-party deposits are not accepted.

6.1 Fair Play

mm52 is committed to fair play for all players. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so no player can predict results in advance.

6.2 Prohibited Behaviour

• Using software, bots or pre-set algorithms to manipulate gameplay
• Linking accounts to attempt to claim bonuses improperly
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game
• Treating players in a fraudulent or threatening manner

If such behavior is found, mm52 may close the account without prior notice and confiscate all wagered funds.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted before completion due to server failure, network disconnection, or software malfunction, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's wallet. Wagers that cannot be confirmed from server logs will not be refunded.

mm52 is not responsible for financial losses arising from a player's own decisions while gaming, losses caused by internet disconnection, or losses resulting from a third party accessing and playing on a player's account.

11.1 Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account can contact mm52 via 24/7 live chat. Any remaining balance at the time of the closure request may be withdrawn, but only funds that have met wagering requirements can be paid out.

11.2 Closure by mm52

If mm52 finds a breach of these terms, the account may be closed immediately with or without prior notice. Remaining funds of a player whose account is closed due to a breach may be frozen, and such matters will be resolved solely at our discretion.
